We recently acquired a closed health centre in Dunstable which we achieved permitted development permission to develop 18 x 1 bedroom flats. We have pre-let this to a reputable Housing Association on a long term FRI lease.
The property is currently under construction, with tenant taking occupation in the coming months.
A site of approx 0.2 acres suitable for development. Our scheme was for one luxury house set on the land which was originally allocated for green infrastructure
A residential scheme comprising 8 luxury homes in Bath. Creating the first Bio Diversity Net Gain mechanism in SW England working with multiple stakeholders including the Council.
A residential scheme comprising 9 luxury homes (1 x 2 bed 4 x 3 beds, 2 x 4 beds & 2 x 5 beds) within a private gated development
A closed Fire Station sold subject to planning for a 75 bed care home. One of the biggest hurdles was Crest Newts. The site has been developed out by a main contractor and residents shall take occupation from October 2025
An abandoned Hotel bought unconditionally. The site had a number of contraints from Drainage and Ecology to having to work with multiple stakeholders to be able to submit the application for a 64 bed care home. Working with existing leaseholders on the land, multiple Councils as well as the Local authority planning team. Site was Sold to an owner occupier.
A scheme comprising of 14 x 1 bed apartments set around private and tranquil green space. Offering adults with learning difficulties an opportunity to live independently in a favourable environment.
