We recently acquired a closed health centre in Dunstable which we achieved permitted development permission to develop 18 x 1 bedroom flats. We have preset this to a large and reputable Housing Association on a long term FRI lease.
The property is currently under development to an agreed specification with regular meetings and site visits with the incoming tenant.
