We recently acquired a closed health centre in Dunstable which we achieved permitted development permission to develop 18 x 1 bedroom flats. We have pre-let this to a reputable Housing Association on a long term FRI lease.
The property is currently under construction, with tenant taking occupation in the coming months.

The site had a number of contraints from Drainage and Ecology to having to work with multiple stakeholders to be able to submit the application for a 64 bed care home. Working with existing leaseholders on the land, multiple Councils as well as the Local authority planning team. Site was Sold to an owner occupier.
