Dukesmead Property Holdings, set up in 2019 to buy land and existing buildings throughout England with funding in place from a private family office, is the parent company of a number of subsidiary companies all involved in real estate.
Lead by Rodney Bishop, Dukesmead is involved in a number of projects at any one time. whether it as a planning applicant, developer, investor or JV partner, Dukesmead is happy to work in different capacities dependent on the proposition. We are also happy to work with bridging lenders who are seeking funds for clients projects.
We understand the sectors we work within and have succeeded on a number of projects as well as recently creating the first off site bio diversity net gain mechanism in Bath and NE Somerset.
We are entrepreneurial and open to all types of opportunities and although our focus is on housing for vulnerable adults, we are keen to look at high yielding investment properties with long term growth potential, vacant offices buildings up to 20,000 sq ft and shops with vacant upper parts.
