Dukesmead Property Holdings was established in 2019 with a clear mission: to acquire land and existing buildings across England.
Under the leadership of Rodney Bishop, Dukesmead is consistently involved in multiple real estate projects. Our team operates across a broad spectrum of roles—whether as planning applicants, developers, investors, or joint venture partners. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and are always willing to consider different structures and collaborations based on the nature of the opportunity.
Dukesmead has a deep understanding of the property sectors in which we operate. Our track record includes a range of successful developments, and we are proud to have recently delivered the first 'off-site Biodiversity Net Gain mechanism' in Bath and North East Somerset—demonstrating our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
