We acquire land of 0.8 - 5 acres in affluent locations throughout England. We are also keen to acquire existing buildings either part vacant or derelict. 

Our primary focus is buying land suitable to gain planning permission for care home developments, senior living developments and residential development opportunities . We also look at at assets that have short to medium term income that can be asset management either by way of refurbishment or repositioning.
